Earlier this week DWC Architecture Limited had the chance to visit the fabulous Welborne UK
Garden Village development.

Welbone UK pride themselves in building a place which combines traditional housebuilding with 21st century living, with a vision to create a place to last with a sense of community. 

You can easily see that this is a flagship development, and great to see the vast social media
coverage from the many operational trades of their pride in the job is well deserved.

Wit was wonderful to catch up with Peter Mason, whom kindly took some time out of his very busy
schedule to discuss some of the detailed design strategies, technologies and how they
reflect to those that DWC Architecture Limited have developed with Places for People in
Poundbury for the Duchy, and other projects DWC are currently involved with with Ben
Pentreath Ltd and Captiva Homes Ltd.

We would like to express a big thank you to the Buckland Development Limited Team at the Welcome Centre for showing us
the impressive immersion suite and also to the wonderful Thakeham sales team
who took us through the show homes and who were welcoming of our feedback.

This is going to be a wonderful development, and DWC are delighted to have been invited back
in the coming months to see further progression of both the Pye Homes & CG Fry & Son Ltd
phases.
