Our Team

Design with Collaboration

Who We Are

DWC Architecture is led by Brendan Carr and Gary Roles, who have worked together for more than 30 years, building a practice founded on collaboration, technical expertise and a shared passion for great design.

Supported by a talented team of designers and technical professionals, we bring together a broad range of skills, experience and creative thinking. Working from our open and collaborative studio in Upham, Hampshire, we combine design-led solutions with practical, real-world delivery to help our clients unlock the full potential of every project.

We believe the best results come from strong partnerships. That’s why we work closely with developers, builders, consultants and design teams to create schemes that are carefully considered, technically robust and commercially successful.

Over the years, we have built lasting relationships with clients and industry partners who value our knowledge, proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions from concept through to construction.

A Message from Brendan Carr, CEO

Brendan Carr, CEO, DWC Architecture

Success isn’t built overnight. It’s created by people who genuinely believe in what they do and who share a common vision for achieving great outcomes.

At DWC, that belief runs through every part of our business. We have built a team that is passionate about design, energised by new challenges and committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. There is a real sense of momentum that comes from seeing talented people work collaboratively, support one another and continually push for better solutions.

What excites me most is that we are all moving in the same direction, driven by creativity, technical excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact through the work we deliver. The future for DWC Architecture is incredibly exciting, and I am proud of the team that’s helping to shape it every day.
