Bluebell Grove, Witley, Surrey.

From Plans to Places: A Community Takes Shape

“A full-service architectural delivery for 17 new homes in the heart of Witley.”

Nestled within the leafy surroundings of Witley village, Bluebell Grove is a thoughtfully designed development of 17 high-quality homes. From compact 2-bedroom terraces to generous 4-bedroom detached houses, the scheme balances rural charm with contemporary, sustainable living.

The Site is found within the rolling greens of Witley, Wheeler Lane.

The Vision

The scheme reflects a context-sensitive architectural language, using traditional forms and materials—such as brick, tile-hung facades, and pitched slate-style roofs—paired with modern energy-saving technologies.

Carefully proportioned elevations and subtle variation in massing give Bluebell Grove its distinctive identity while fitting seamlessly into the semi-rural setting.
